Carrot Recipe - Gajar Ka Halwa Recipe

Winter has passed and summer started, during winter i made gajar ka halwa many time but here are the pictures of perfect one. "Carrot Halwa Preparation" Ingredients: Carrot 1 kg Milk 2 cup Sugar 250gm Cardamom  Cashew-nut (Kaju) Almond (badam)  Take fresh carrot, clean and peel them. Grate it and add it in pressure cooker with milk, sugar and cardmom and khoya. After 20 minutes take a wide non stick pan add 2 teaspoon ghee and and some chopped kaju & badam and fry it than add the halwa. Garnish it!

Make instant pickle with a simple recipe, mixing karonda with salt and red chilly powder and it gives mouth watering taste. Kheer Poori | Rice Kheer Recipe | Karanji recipe

Kheer Pooi or "Karanji recipe" is generally prepared on the special occasion of festival and marriage. Puri Ingredient: Maida flour Oil Puri Filling: Dry grated coconuts Sugar Kaju Badam Make a dough of maida flour adding with water & oil, knead the dough well till it becomes smooth. Then leave it 15 minutes, and make small equal dough balls & roll in long oval shape. Add filling dry grated coconut, sugar, Kaju & badam and seal the edges using little water. There are designs for closing so the filling will not come out. When all done fry it in oil till get lightly golden. Rice kheer Ingredients:  Rice  Milk Condensed Milk Cardamom Sugar  Soak rice for 30 minutes & cook it water as generally cook, then in non-stick pan add milk & cooked rice. Saute it for 5 minutes then add condensed milk, sugar & cardamom powder, overcooking the rice will give creamy layer. Garnish with pista

I love tamarind, often I make jeegli of tamarind which is like a paste, a combination of sweet tangy taste. Benefits of Tamarind fruit: Tamarind fruit which has lots of dietary fibre and vitamin which helps to maintain good digestive system. Its sticky pulp contain gums, hemicelluloses, pectin. Tamarind is rich source of tartaric acid.  It is known for an good antioxide which protect human body from free radicals. Tamarinds has rich minerals such as copper, potassium, calcium, iron, selenium, zinc & magnesium. It controls heart rate, blood pressure and red blood cell production, human body needs 36% of everyday tamarind which gives vitamin A and vitamin C, folic acid.
